My Boss Doesn’t Care
When you got to work, and it isn’t working. When you have co-workers, who have been at work for years—and are happy with the culture as it is. When you are faced with a toxic workplace culture and team. This is when you need a change, but not of your work. This is when you need a change, but not of your co-workers. This is when you need a change of mindset.
Jesan Sorrells, noted speaker, entrepreneur, and author of My Boss Doesn’t Care: 100 Essays on Disrupting Your Workplace by Disrupting Your Boss, will take you through the future of work, the nature of the modern workplace, and what you can do to affect your mindset at work. Jesan will explore the methods, postures, attitudes, and strategies that matter more than mere tactics to solving the biggest cultural problem at work. And giving you new tools to do something about it.
The event is scheduled for May 6th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM with Jesan Sorrell from Human Services Consulting and Training. He will conduct a workshop focused on developing the strategies discussed in the book, My Boss Doesn’t Care: 100 Essays on Disrupting Your Workplace by Disrupting Your Boss. Cost of attendance is free to STYP members and $10 for non-STYP members. The first 25 STYP members will also receive a free copy of the book.
