Join STYP March 16th 2-3pm for Ice Skating at Dick’s House of Sports + Mixer at Mooney’s!
Join STYP on Saturday, March 16th from 2-3pm for ice skating at Dick’s House of Sports in Johnson City (located in the Oakdale Commons)! Then, warm up with us afterwards for a mixer at Mooney’s Sports Bar & Grill until 5pm! Members and non-members alike are welcome, so invite your friends and family!
No skates? No problem! You can rent ice skates at the rink.

Join STYP at Binghamton University Bearcats vs. New Hamshire Wildcats, March 2nd!
Join STYP on Saturday, March 2nd, for the clash of the big cats as the Binghamton University Bearcats face off against the New Hampshire Wildcats! If you’ve been looking to check out a Binghamton University men’s basketball game for the first time or have been wanting to return to the court, we are offering Bearcat Den tickets for this event! How does this compare to regular tickets? You get unlimited food and soft drinks, in addition to having a chill place to socialize!
Doors open at 1pm and the game begins at 2pm. The Den opens at 1pm and will remain open until the end of halftime.
Tickets are $10 for current STYP members and $15 for non-members! All registrants will receive a wristband at the event, allowing you to go between the Den and the game with ease.

Volunteer at Binghamton on Tap 2024 with STYP!
Come volunteer for Binghamton On Tap 2024, while helping support the Southern Tier Young Professionals– and have an awesome time doing it! This year’s event will be on Saturday, March 23rd.
What will you do? Simple– pour beer, cider, or seltzer for patrons!
What will you get? Free admission to the event, a complimentary tasting glass, a t-shirt, and the ability to sample drinks during the event! Plus, hang out in an atmosphere filled with live music, delicious food available for purchase, and great vendors!
This year’s event is at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena in Downtown Binghamton and runs from 5-9pm. PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY IF YOU ARE VOLUNTEERING!

Valentine’s Day Social 2-10-2024 at Hilltop!
Join the Southern Tier Young Professionals at United Methodist Homes- Hilltop Campus on Saturday, February 10th for our first Valentine’s Day Social with the residents of Hilltop Senior Living Center since 2020!
The social will begin at 2:30 PM and go until 3:30 PM. Volunteers should plan to arrive by 2:00 PM to help set up for the party. Clean up should take approximately 15 minutes following the conclusion of the event. Be festive. Wear Red or Pink!
This annual event is always fun, providing great memories for the residents of Hilltop and volunteers alike as we sing, play games, and eat. Please sign up at the link below to provide a headcount.

Join STYP at the YP Summit; discount for members!
Want to connect with like minded young professionals ready to make an impact in Greater Binghamton? Register now for the 2022 Southern Tier Young Professional Summit on Thursday, October 13th! The event will be held in an innovative hybrid format– both in person at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Binghamton and online!
The YP Summit is a great opportunity for companies and organizations to provide professional development opportunities geared toward new and upcoming young professionals. The structure of the day allows for meaningful conversations and connections made between attendees, as well as building business and leadership skills. Nationally and regionally known speakers will lead over a dozen breakout sessions over the course of the event. Whether you attend in person or virtually, you will find this to be a rewarding experience!

Half Day In-Person Ticket: $55
Full Day Virtual Ticket: $55
